DELIVERY: Units are delivered and setup between 7am and 12pm on the day of your event. They are picked up the following day. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to inclement weather for a full refund with a 24-hour written notice. Time is calculated from your scheduled delivery time.
OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses and 1 person, per lane at one time for water slides and obstacle courses.
CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
WHATS INCLUDED: Fan blower(s) sized for the unit. 100-foot heavy duty extension cord, safety stakes to secure the unit to ground, tarp to be placed beneath unit.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: A flat surface area 2 feet larger than the unit itself which is free of rocks, debris and animal waste. Grass is preferred although we can also setup on asphalt,
