Product Information:
DELIVERY: Units are delivered and setup between 7am and 12pm on the day of your event. They are picked up the following day. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to inclement weather for a full refund with a 24-hour written notice. Time is calculated from your scheduled delivery time.
OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses and 1 person, per lane at one time for water slides and obstacle courses.
CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
WHATS INCLUDED: Fan blower(s) sized for the unit. 100-foot heavy duty extension cord, safety stakes to secure the unit to ground, tarp to be placed beneath unit.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: A flat surface area 2 feet larger than the unit itself which is free of rocks, debris and animal waste. Grass is preferred although we can also setup on asphalt, concrete or similar smooth surface. 4 feet of unrestricted flat ground access from the street to the setup area. Units are very large and heavy and cannot be carried over walls, fences or stairs. (1) 110v, 20amp electric outlet within 100 feet from the unit. (1) standard garden hose if renting a water-based unit.
