We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons like summer, holidays, or weekends. However, last-minute rentals are sometimes available—contact us to check availability!
Our standard rental is 24 hours, but we also offer extended rental options. Contact us to customize your rental period.
Rentals include delivery, setup, and removal. We’ll ensure the inflatable is properly set up and ready to go.
Our inflatables cater to all ages! We have smaller units for toddlers and young children and larger, more challenging units for teens and adults.
Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes depending on the unit and location. We’ll arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event starts.
Yes, we specialize in events of all sizes, including school carnivals, corporate events, church functions, and private parties.
Specific sizing for each inflatable is listed under the description of the inflatable on our website. Please allow for an additional 2′ of clearance around the unit on each side.
Absolutely! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners disinfected, and sanitized.
Once the unit is cleaned, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness
For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain or winds greater than 15 MPH. If bad weather is forecasted, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and indoors with proper clearance. For safety reasons, we cannot set up on gravel, dirt, or uneven surfaces.
Yes, as long as the venue has enough space and clearance. Please provide details about the location when booking.
Yes! We offer inflatables designed for all ages, including adults. Look for options like obstacle courses or waterslides for adult use.
Yes, a $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before the event. This amount will be applied to the total rental fee.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund. For cancellations due to weather or other emergencies, we’ll work with you to reschedule to a future date based on availability.
Safety is our number one concern. We do not feel that picking up your own rental and setting it up yourself guarantees safety. We personally set-up and pick-up every rental. The set-up area will be evaluated, the correct size, type, and length of power cord will be used and we make sure all of the connections are correctly made. We will use the proper straps, stakes, tie downs, and anchors to secure the inflatable to the ground and ensure its safe operation.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards and checks. If making a final payment with cash please have the exact amount as our delivery drivers do not carry change.
